She offers firm to deep therapeutic massage and specializes in neck and shoulder conditions, applying slow, controlled techniques to calm the nervous system, improve circulation, address adhesions, and increase range of motion. Sarah is qualified in Therapeutic Massage, Deep Tissue, Cupping, Prenatal, Hot Stone, Lymphatic Drainage, Sports Massage, and Ashiatsu; all services are strictly therapeutic and provided in a professional clinical setting.
