Sarah has been a Licensed Massage Therapist for over 35 years.  She just recently moved back to Idaho to be closer to her Grandbaby and has opened up a new massage studio in her home in downtown Nampa.  She offers firm to deep therapeutic massage and specializes in neck and shoulder issues.  Sarah works deep to break up adhesions, improve circulation, and increase range of motion. She uses a very slow stroke which calms the nervous system and enables her to get deeper into the muscle, resulting in a zoned out and altered state of mind and body. Sarah is qualified in Therapeutic Massage, Deep Tissue, Cupping, Prenatal, Hot Stone, Lymphatic Drainage, Sports Massage and Ashiatsu.
